| I feel your pain with getting that grommet into the mounting bracket hole.. but, I've managed to get about a dozen of them in regardless.
Just work it in a little at a time.. I use a small flat blade screw driver to 'ease' it in a little at a time. Once you get a small section in, you just have to find a way to not let it pop out while you move to the next section and after you have about half of it in, it's easy to finish it up. I do not put anything on it for lubrication either...
A fuel line from the TOP or VENT of the hopper tank goes to the CLUNK line of the Main Tank....
I do not use the KEYHOLE with a hopper tank, I use a TEE FILTER.
A line from the clunk on the HOPPER to one side of the filter, and the opposite side goes to your Carb. The other line at 90 degrees has a short piece of fuel line and a plug. For this, I like to use a KSJ combo fuel shut-off plug... makes for a simple neat installation. If you don't have access to the KSJ product, you'll need a fuel shut off as well.
I suppose you could route this line back through the KEYHOLE provided but, it seems like a lot of extra line to me... So, I chose not to employ it.
Good luck!
Sorry, I can't send any pix right now...
