| o.k. guys, heres the story. Just learned to fly my new heli, w/out crashing it anymore. I am getting better and would like to do some upgrades. Need more power, and more precision. What cna I do for the swashplate, and the motor. I realy don't want to spend the money on converting to brushless, i don't think it's even possible w/this little heli. It flies great, but it is not a true 3d machine, i don't think. It just dosent have the power. I also notice that in the "high g" manuvers I am capible of, it seems that the rotor head flex's qutie a bit. It appears to me that this heli is almost an exact copy of a honey bee. The foam packing even looks the same between the two boxes. Will these upgrade parts work?
would like to try 120 degree cnc swash plate and team orion motor. will these parts work? they are avail. from helihobby.com for the honey bee cp version.
I also tried to setup my futaba 6XAs for the heli, but the throtle curve seems off. Any suggestions there too. Any help from the wealth of knowledge availible here is greatly appreciated.
