e-E-Flite Blade CP CX 400-3D > Blade CP+ problem? Not getting full pitch?

I just bought a Blade Cp to replace my GWS Dragonfly. I installed the partially charged battery before charging it and it would just hover in ground effect so I figured the battery was about dead. I installed a fresh L-Poly 2 cell figuring it would fly on that, it would still only fly in ground effect, around a foot off the ground. It won't even get off the ground without the throttle trim all the way up to the top. Shouldn't it fly on the 2 cell L-poly? I'll charge up the stock battery tommorow and give it another try. It just seems like its not getting enought positive pitch, It looks pretty good by eye though. Any ideas to look for? Thanks, Tom.

check out the sticky collective fix if you haven't done that yet. I had the same problem when I first got it and tried the stock battery without charging. I would increase the throttle and it would get faster but not lift off. After I did the fix it has no problems lifting off.

2 cell lipo is very weak. the stock battery is an 8.4v, a 2 cell lipo is 7.2v.

The blade files great on a 3 cell lipo, but add the aerobatic kit for the right motor and motor heat sinks. You can always keep flying the flat bottom blades with this motor and the 3cell lipo and save the symmetrical blades for later.
