btw - I have found that while learning to hover, adding about 3/8" extention to the tail "stick" helps prevent *a lot* of tail rotor strikes. I taped on a lollie pop stick on with scotch tape.

Flip the brackets over, they should clip on the skids then the tabs will rotate up with the lander gear leg in the recess of the tab
