My heli is exhibiting some strange jerking or surging sounds at near full throttle. You can hear the sound here: http://www.boomspeed.com/abutler/CIMG0148.WAV (made with the blades off - haven't flown it yet). There is no glitching, however, ruling out radio interference.

I'm using a CC35 and 400DH with the throttle fixed.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Are you running governer mode? the firmware, if not 1.13 then gov mode doesnot work. just my 2cents.

Nope, that sound was in fixed mode (1.14). I did try governor mode also and it just may have worked better (though hard to tell without blades on).

I suspected that because, I had tried gov mode on cc25 on Axi motor, and it did the same sort of sound.

Make sure the Current setting is disabled. This can cause surging.
