you may want to just change over the clutch and start shaft to the raptor style as long as your going to take out the engine anyway, just a thought,clutch and start shaft is about 30.00

The difference between the Hyper and the Non-hyper shouldnt be enough to blow out the tail, I have flown it with a regular 50 also. I use the stock Tail Blades, I kinda like them! They look better in black!

The Muffler may be the problem, or the clutch. The mufflers make all the difference on these motors, I can feel the difference between a Stock Rappy muffler and a CY MP, and a JK Hatori. The TT and Evolution pipes are very good for the price and should be the minimum standard. The Hatori is the best but$$$$, and the MP is better than the TT but its a pain to tune, you have to keep cranking on the needles as the weather changes, even if a cloud comes by.
