Does anyone have the recommended settings for teh Schultze Future - 32.55 Speed control?

There are 6 DIP switches

I believe that they should be;

1 -0

2 – 1

3 – 1

4 – 1

5 – 1

6 - ???? I am using the Neu motor

Hi Furious

I'm running a32-55 on a NeuMotor 1515-2Y at 37000rpm on 10s lipo.

My settings are:
1-off (aircraft)
2-on (heli)
3-on (constant rpm)
4-on (hi rpm timing)
5-off (harder timing)
6-off (9kHz)

I've tried 5 and 6 on (softer timing and 19kHz). I couldn't tell any difference.

Cogging

Tean,

Mine is really cogging at initial startup.

It is so bad that I had the pinion gear come loose twice!

Am I missing something?

silly question but do you have a flats on your shafts for the grub screws to locate onto?

Yes, I did grind a flat on my motor shaft, although that is a good point.

I reground it again yesterday to make sure it was deep enough and parrallel to the shaft itself.

The actual problem was in the #2 DIP switch on the speed control that selects between "heli" and aircraft.

I cycled the switch several times and tried it again, now I have a nice long spool up time with no cogging at all!

It appears that the switch was not made completely in the on position.
