| I have almost completed my avant and I am doubting how the thing would fly with the SSR VI head.
I have the SSZII ready with the CX V2 that I am planning to try first but I always felt that the SSR VI would be perfect with the Freya mast on this ship.
In a standard Freya the SSR VI leaves the blades closer to the boom than the SSZ but the behavior is just better than with it. It is a pity that it could boom strike. I am always talking about high mobility set up.
But on this Avant ship the geometry just goes fantastic, in the theory, for the SSR with standard mast because the boom is quite lower.
The question is: has anyone tried it. |
