I have not yet flown my Hawk 4, but when I do, I'm sure it will eventually land with enough severity to require new parts. Does anyone make aluminum parts for the Hawks?

Yes

Century does sell many anodized parts for the Hawk. Go to heli-world.com and check out their upgrades. If you want they have two different booms, one gold and one red, along with an all metal head. They now have Carbon frames for it too!
