OK all you HV flyers, Question - - - -

I have one fo the "Ultimate BEC-HV" systems for my R-50

Has anyone run 3 Futaba 9252 Digitals and a 601 gyro from one of these?

It is rated at 3 amps continuous and 5 amps intermittant.

Any comments good or bad appreciated.

My eR50 has 3 9252's (eCCPM config) and one 9254 on the tail with a 401 Gyro running the UBEC.

UBEC has never let me down. I have Voltwatch on the bird and with all the servos working there is not even a hint of the top led flashing.

However in saying this, I have just had two large battery packs fails (in the air) and have decided to no longer rely totally on BEC.

I am looking at using UBEC with a a small Nicad (400mah) pack to gaurantee power even if the main battery pack fails.

I am just about to start a new thread on the topic.
