Stolen? Missing Helis or Equip > Stolen Heli's Houston Texas Area

On 4/12/05 my trailer was stolen from my business. It was a white 16' Cargo Craft trailer. Nothing special about the trailer except it had an RV A/C unit mounted on top and a diamond plate tool box on the tounge.

Inside the trailer was 2 heli's.

1. Voyager 50 Yellow and black canopy

[img] /helicopter/gallery/18373/DSC00448.jpg [desc] Maltese Cross on Voyager 50

2. ERGO 50 Blue and white canopy

[img] /helicopter/gallery/18373/DSC00446.jpg [desc] Line Swirl on Ergo 50

The main distinction on these heli's are that they both have my custom head buttons on them. A box with about 20 head buttons mostly the Maltese Cross design in my gallery was also stolen.

Also stolen was a Ultra Stick 120 Red and White With a Zenoah G26.

See Photo's in my gallery.

Anyone in the Houston or southeast Texas area please keep your eyes open.

Thanks,
Bill Stevens

Bill,

I live in the Woodlands and I fly at Space City out in Katy. I'll pass the word and I'll keep my eyes peeled for ya!!

Plus, if you have good clear pictures...email them to me. We have a fun fly coming up in early June and you never know who might show up with contraband in tow, trying to "make a deal"!!

Man I hate thieving dirtbags.

I've already called the local hobby shops and made them aware. The trailer was in my business driveway with two locks on the touge. I have a 7' fence on one side and my building on the other. My street is a dead end so the only way you can see it is to be in driveway or on the street in front of my building.

Sounds like they had a pretty good pair of bolt cutters, And sounds like they cased the place to figure uut what they would need and brought it back (not to many folks I know cruise with industrial size bolt cutters) just for future reference for added security I modified my trailer to not be stolen I took a torch and whacked off the bottom of a trailer ball just leaving the ball. I then welded the ball retainer yoke to the yoke lever nut(the one on top that has the lock on the lever so it cant be stolen ) then when I put the trailer up I put the ball in the tounge
latch it down and due to the fact the nut is welded on the bottom you cant take it apart from the bottom to get the ball out, then I lock the top with a sheilded wells fargo lock. AND I one upped that....I sunk a 5 inch steel pipe 5 foot in the ground left 2 inches sticking out of the ground (concreted it in with tabs welded on the sides to help it not slide out of the concrete if it got pulled on) then I welded 3 heavy chain links and a strech of chain onto the part that stuck out of the ground and welded a attachment eye to the frame of the trailer in the back and lock that with a sheilded lock as well. nothin is fool proof, but folks that steal are looking for fast, and I'm not gonna give it to em. this was when my pops shop was in a fairly seedy section of town....trailer hasnt gotten gotten stolen yet!

sorry for your loss on yours tho....hope you recover it
