| When i set up my ccpm sytem to the values in the manual the flybar control arms will touch the under side of the rotor head at full elevator or aileron deflection. I have moved the link from the wash out to the inner hole to reduce the throw but still get clashing unless I reduce the CCPM value to about 40%, (55% recommended). There is a plastic flybar insert to reduce the travel of the fly bar but I am told this is for learners .
Has anybody else noticed this, I have not tried to fly it with the recommended settings, my servo arms are to the book and all other settings are right. The heli flys OK but its like flying on low rates of course, any thoughts please?
I first noticed it when running up the mechanics without blades, the flybar would move out of phase at full swashplate movements, I dont know if this was an optical illusion but with the % down it ran OK
