| I wanted to publicly congratulate both Clive Ceney from the UK and Rusty McClintock from the US for their OUTSTANDING showing at the 3D masters tournament in the UK.
Clive finished third behind Curtis and Jason, Which I believe makes him the top 3D pilot in the UK proper, doesn't it?
Rusty placed fifth in his class, after a flameout in the flight to music round due to a fuel line popping off (gotta love those YS engines!) and a crash in the last round, last manuever, that we think was caused by a radio hit. Normally Rusty flies PCM, but used PPM during the contest.
This was Rusty's first contest. I would challenge anyone to fly to a different country, in unfamiliar surroundings, and compete as well as he did.
I thank you both for your time and energy spent on practice and travel, and your competetive spirit.
