| OK, I have to admit, I finally was able to get the mechanics flying in a way that has impressed me.
I had a few defective parts which Century easily replaced. I added the ball bearing upgrade kit. I also just bolted on some 550 semi's from AB Models. I also changed the pinion to the 14T from the 13T (Thanks Oldfart!) One of the defective parts was the swashplate.
Overall, it hovers great, very stable, and the engine (OS 46FX) sounds much happier with the additional load of the semi blades and 14T gearing.
My Hold mode is set to -4,5.5,12 and hovering at 5-6 feet then hitting the hold, the semi's are really nice.
A word of advice to newbies..... Forget about 3D until you're ready and get a set of semi's blades. With a nice set of semi's ($28.00) you have a shot at learning auto's with a 30 size heli.
Now it is time to install the mechanics in the Twinstar fuse.
