I'm having problems with loops. Everytime I try one flying from right to left the helicopter, when at the inverted portion of the loop will fall off away from me. At first I though it was a gyro/tail problem. So I reset up up the tail and gyro. It hovers ,climbs, and descend nicely in both normal and idle up. I beginning to think it is a aileron problem. I really don't know what to do at this point other than figure out the right inputs to compensate for this situation during a loop. From what I understand from fellow pilots, all you need to do is pull back on the cyclic and feed in the right amount of -collective.

I'm flying an Xcell 60 Custom, with a OS61sxwc, Hatori Exhaust, Futaba 9202 servos on cyclic, JR8103 radio, and a JR900 non-hh piezo gyro.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm starting to get frustrated.

Thanks, Ralph

You may be seeing some "phasing" errors. When you are in FFF and You do a "hard" pull up does the machine Roll? Otherwise maybe you are just not level when you "pull it through.

No the heli does not roll. I have been trying to do them up high and a safe distance away. Maybe, I'm not a level as I think I am! It does appears to be level though.

I experience this as well doing loops right to left. Usually in the field where I fly the wind usually allows for loops coming from the left. So in my case, I definetely think my entry isn't as level as I think they are so practice will cure it.

I would try to continue flying inverted for a short distance and see which way it goes

I have been trying to get it to hang inverted for a while but can't control the roll out that is occuring.
