| You slide the rubber weight covers to the inside, and then you can properly slide the weights down, the turn them to slide them back off. The lighter paddles go on the same way, altough there a bit stiff to get on. I hold the fly bar with pliers so i dont bend it putting the weights on. Dont forget to snap the link on the fly bar to the more aggressive ball. The change in performance is noticeable, but not all that dramatic. There is a mod on improving forward flight by re-drilling the cyclic link which is posted here. Take a look, cause this is one of the better mods along with heat sinks on the motors
