I may be mistaken, but not all 550mm woodies are born equal. For example the 550 woodies for Venture won't fit the 30 sized Raptor.

If the Swift 16 turns out to be a Logo 10 competition then the Logo 10 owners, such as myself, should rejoice! Competition brings out the best amongst competing companies. It forces them to produce better products at a competitive price. I'm hoping that the $50 2 piece plastic frame for the Logo 10 will be cheaper in the near future.

Cheers!

The more competition the cheaper the prices and I cant wait! I mainly want a 30 size elec for how quiet it is, this way I can practice night fling and no one will call the cops for how loud it is. I hope they dont push the release date back to mutch more.

I plan on waiting. I really want to see if they come out with a motor combo with the bird. Im also waiting to see what type of lipos it takes so I can consider a cost factor between the swift and a 90 IC size.

Back in the day I preorder the raptor 60 when it came out I kinda felt like the ginney pig thats why I wait for a couple months now so any heli manufacture can work out any bugs that they may have. Just personal experience.

Hey guys, here's a picture of the Swift which was shown and flown at IRCHA. Kam Wyatt wrung it out really good and it held up perfectly.

Century is making sure this bird is right before it goes out to the public. There are currently six pre-production units in the hands of reps being put to the test. Also being tested are various power setups so that tested, proven options ranging from inexpensive to beyond-hard-core-3d-power can be specified.

Many details have been dribbled over the last many months. What would you like to know and I'll see if it is publicly releasable yet?

Keep in mind that hard core testing is being done right now. If something proves to be problematic, it will be changed before full-rate production begins. Therefore, it is a bit of an issue to fully release details when something might just change.

Should have no problems with the FS8.

Check my gallery for some tips on how to prevent the co-pilot from binding the eCCPM servos.

Only a few lucky reps doing some serious testing. Not only for durability, but also various power systems so that Century can recommend tested, known power setups at various price/performance levels.

It looks like century will have it ready for sale when winter gets here. I wont be able to fly it but I might be able to build it if its ever release.

Unfortunatly my spelling is bad but my patience has about worn thin. If you advertise almost a year in advance and have no product to sell other than hype and a few videos of 4-6 machines in existence and you have also stated and revised the eta a couple of times Should I really belive that it will be coming out with in 2005?

I already have some lipo packs for a trex and servos Im just about ready to give up and build the trex. Yes the swift might be worth the wait but I will be flying alot sooner that for sure.

Yep Im going with trex screw it I will fly that for now and if the swift comes out next year some time mabye I will look into that. Until then Pooo.
