do I should I put washers on either side of the tail blades? Not called for in the directions but as hard as I can screw them down they are still so loose they just drop. I know they should center and loose should NOT be an issue but these actually have so much slop they can woble in the grips

Think I might need the tail CNC goodies

You either have the grips on backwards or the blades. Most likely not the blades since you know wich way they turn. The screw goes through one side then tightens down on the other( one whole is larger then the other)

I had this issue too, I believe it's just your grips, I flew as is and it was fine.
