I have been searching and can not find a Aluminum version of the HS1022 Tail rotor control assembly, cold weather and plastic do not mix.

I created a drawing in AutoCAD in hopes that someone might want to make some, I can e-mail the .dwg file if you need it.

I envision that you would take the broken stock assembly and sand the flared end off of the brass bushing; this allows the unit to be disassembled. The brass bushing would then be threaded to screw into the new Alum part, just like a Raptor tail bushing.

I'm goid to put threads on the end of the brass sleeve then on the Alu yoke I'd put threads on the inside. Once I get over this darn flu bug I've have had for the past 4 weeks ! Cant shake the darn thing. I made my own double ball bearing tail slider and had to make a longer brass piece.
