It's not that new, but I finally got some pictures in my gallery.

Started life as an Ergo60 and used the parts for this scratch build. Actro 32-4, 10S3P TP Gen2, Futura 32.170
I had about 30 flights on it with the Ergo head and just put on a Tempest 3D head. The heli is very smooth and FAST.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

Gearing is 88:11 or 8:1 I am using the gov mode. Hover is at 1550 RPM and stunt mode is set to 1800 RPM. Following the heli with an optical tach showed the RPM never dropped below 1780 even banging the collective to the limits.

I would like to run a higher voltage but this is the limit of my ESC.
I usually fly 8 to 10 min. and that's enough fun for one time. Recharging shows about 40% to 50% left in the battery. I probably could fly for 20 min, but that would heat everything up a lot more. After 10 min, the battery is barely warm and the motor is about120 deg F. (guess by feel)

Then I go fly the Xcell, or Eco8, or a plank. By the time that's done, the Ergo is ready to fly again. It only takes 25 min to charge from 50% to 90%.
Working on a body for it now.

great heli. I have some questions. I am thinking of converting a Raptor 90 with 710mm main blades. What size are your blades? 680mm or bigger?
I don't see any 10s3p packs on the Thunder Power web page. 10s2p are available.
What is the Amp hour size of your cells?
Are the cells 6000mAhr?
If you are using half of a 6000 mAhr battery capacity in 10 minutes that means you are averaging 18 amps. Is that what you draw?
What controller are you using?

The Battery is 2 of 5S3P put in series at 6000mAh.
18 A average is about right. Hover is lower, but peaks still hit near 60A. I am now using the TT690mm blades but it would have no problem spinning 700mm.
The speed controller is Schulze Futura 32.170 In hindsight I should have got the fut-40.160H; that would have allowed me to go up to 13S

The Raptor is a great machine to convert. Good luck

Thanks for the advice Tony.
I think changing the motor to 32-3 is the way to go for me. I can move the 32-4 over to another heli.

Which prop adapter and gear are you using? I made my own for the 32-4 but would rather buy one off the shelf for a new motor.

hey , do you have the heli version actro , or the airplane version ? if you have the airplane v then there is a steal coupling you can get with a 5mm hole for the shaft , get it at dymond motor sports ,
if you have the heli version . maybe a MA part would be needed

Thanks Tony, I will check it out. Did not know the actro32 had a heli version, only the 24. I have yet to buy the second motor so I will check what is available.
future3dmaster.....no body yet, but I have the plug done. I plan to do a fg body right on the plug. It's long and thin. Looks just like a submarine!
