Hey guys

I hust got my lama fixed after nearly a year of sitting
The problem is that when I spin it up it spins like a top. The Bottom blade dosent seem to be spinng fast enough even at full throttle, Do I have a bad motor

You either have a bad motor or your pinion gear is spinning on the motor shaft or your bottom set of blades slid down the main shaft far enough to bind on the arm that moves the blade pitch. I would check the last two before I changed motors. I changed motors before I realized it wasn't the motor that was causing my XRB to spin around in a circle.

I did have a similar thing...

I had just bought it so I contacted MRC and they fixed it right away...but Jeff told me there was a "cold" solder joint on the motor that needed to be re soldered...no problem since.

In life there is no spacebar!

Try trimming your A blades a little to make them shorter. I know this make me sounds like a hack, but I was flying mine and this was happening. Thing would only go in circles no matter how much trim or input. I crashed and nicked both top blades. I was so frustrated with it that i just cranked up the throttle and low and behold, she flew like new. I trimmed my blades for a long time before I finally had to change the motors.
