I have a Jet Power 3C 2200 lithium pack from Flying Hobby. I wanted to mount it in front under the servo tray, but the servo link hits the top of the pack at full collective. This will not only cause binding of the linkage, but will probably puncture the to of the pack with the z-bend (really bad). I put it on the bottom, but it just doesn't look right, and it's a little tail heavy like that. I don't think the battery extension that I've seen will fix the problem, as the battery will then not fit under the tray, and would have to be too far forward to mount there.

Please post pics of your battery mounting.

I think most people are using TP2100's that fit nicely in there, I'm sorry that yours is giving you a hard time, maybe try posting a pic or two of where you stand right now, and we might have a better idea of what to suggest, best of luck to you,

The jet power pack is taller and not as long as the Thunder power pack. It just fits under the servo tray. I dont think it would fit with the battery extension. My home computer is down, so I will try to post a pic tomorow at work. In the mean time, I still find it had to belive that nobody else is using this pack that can help me.

The Z-bend hits the top of the pack when it moves down. It severly limits the servo travel.

I got two of those batteries and i use the plate from MJPCarbon, is the only one i found.

T-Rex 450X, Align 400LF, Align ESC25, Futaba GY240 and FF7CAP, HS-56HB, 2200 li-polys
