On my Freya, basically you have to cut a 1 inch hole in the side of the cabin to get access to the switch, is there a unit that you guys use to mount the switch so you dont have to put a big 1 inch hole in the side? Thanks, Daz...

Hi Dazzler, I also hav a freya. What I did is made my own switch mount to go undr the battery tray. There are two holes in the rght place for mounting. Hirobo sells one that will mount there, not sure what it cost thought. Hope this helps.

Switch mount

There is a after market switch holder that mounts under the radio bed so you can reach it from the side of the canopy. don't know the part # but i got from heliproz. I think they are about $8.00

I mounted my switch into the top 1/4 of an old servo. I then mounted the servo top into the lower servo location on the right side of the heli. I can reach it just fine without modifying the canopy.

hey Dazzler i went to the LHS and bought a small sheet of aluminium and cut my own out. GOT TO LOV THAT DREMEL TOOL!!!!!
