e-Hirobo SRB Quark - Lepton - XRB Coaxial > XRB SR Unresponsive!?!?

I bought my SR used from the board. It was flying great for a while, I probably put about 6 or 8 packs through it.
Then, it started doing what some other people are complaining about where it starts to spin uncrontrollably. I think it's one of the motors.
Then, I recharged it after the battery got weak and now it is completely unresponsive. I didn't crash it or anything. I just landed, recharged and went to fly it and nothing.
The heli turns on and the servos twitch for a second, but then that's it. The tx has no effect on the thing. I can't move the servos, throttle, nothing.
The LED's are lit up like the manual says, I have pushed the arming button a million times, recharged the flight pack a few times, put new batteries in the tx, everything I can think of.
Any suggestions? Did my receiver go out? I am so frustrated!

Check your 2s lipoly pack. How much of a charge is it taking?

Did it responded to radio inputs after it spun to the ground?
There may be two separate problems. But first check the crystals to see if they're seating properly. Then check your Tx, see if it works with other models.
Much easier to take it to your LHS as they have all the necessary hardware to check your model by the process of elimination.

Check your radio setting on machine.

If you look at your small control panel on the helicopter, you'll see a small round contol head that uses a blade screwdriver (on the bottom, right. Looking aft to the tail). This is to change which radio you're using. It's to be able to switch between JR, Futaba, or Airtronics (Sanwa).
Make sure that this small screw head is set so that the groove is straight up and down. If this has moved ( and it will in some instances ) your machine will not be recieving the proper signal, or it will have a lot of glitches. I started mine up the other day, and even though it would throttle up and lift off, it was totally unresponsive. I read thru the manual, and saw the blurb about using your own radio, and how to choose if you were positive or negative shift on your XRB using this control head. If it's straight up and down, then it will accept your signal from the stock radio. Anything else, and it's anyone's guess. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I've tried everything and still nothing. I guess I'll have to get a hold of Hirobo and ask them.
Anybody know how to get a hold of them? Everything I find is in Japan.
