In this pic, on the 2nd heli, there is a little "R" sticker. Stands for Novarossi, maker of .12 up to .21 r/c car engines (their modified .21 R-1 engine pushed an r/c to over 100mph). So are these helicopters drag racers?

Nope,

Novarossi also produces heli .61 engines (which can be used for dragracing very well.), marine engines and aeroplane engines

The current WC engine(beautiful purple anodized head) pushes the 3.0hp limit at about 17500 rpm's.
