| My system will not be anywhere near full motion video because at our field anyway, the only Internet connection will be my cell phone, which runs at 19.2kbit/s, so basically there will be one 320x200 frame per minute. Still, its a lot better than nothing  Maybe some day we'll get something better at the field, even just plain old 28.8 dialup would be an improvement, but this is fine. My system consists of a video camera with an RCA video output, a USB video capture device, my laptop, a serial cable to my cell phone, and my cell phone. It works pretty well. I use the above equipment, but with the video camera replaced with a 2.4ghz video receiver to record the output of my helicopter's video camera, directly to my laptop. |
