Maybe their re-thinking their marketing strategy (nah...not Robbe) . The Cuatro is an over weight, oversized Nova. With the advent of the .70-.80-.91 engines the slightly rotund Robbe helis (as compared to the competition) now can 3D with the best of them...the power to weight ratio is finally great! Now why would you buy a heaver, larger and more expensive heli to put your Big Block engine into? You end up with a heli thats more expensive to purchase and fix with the P/W ratio back to where it was with the .60 sized helos with a .60 !. Just from people I've conversed with in person and online I believe the Cuatro may be a VERY hard sell, at least in the US market! I could be wrong; some people will buy it because it's the newest kid on the block, I just don't invision a Stampede to Robbes doorstep! Chris

According to Robbe's website, the Quatro is a multi purpose heli. As you guys know, anytime you do this, you will have to compromise in features and design. The Robbe line has always been slightly heavier and multi purpose more than other helis. Their line can be right or left hand rotation in most cases. Not havinf flown the Q yet, I can't comment on its performance. My SE is better than my late Fury Expert with same YS80 engine. I am working on a Milli 2 and getting a Nova soon, so we will see how they compare to the SE and Fury, if you guys are interested

Why is your SE better than your Fury?

Just looking for a knowledgeable comparison.

The cyclic on the SE is excellent, the SE is smooth and very predictable. The fury is wondeful too and very responsive in the tail. Stock for stock, I like the SE better, not by much mind you!! (YS80, V blades, Hatori, 30% CP, 601 gyro and GV!1 on both). I tried to keep all the euipment the same on both to minimise differences. For $650 each, the SE is a better buy...today! I think Robbe was smart to reduce its price to $650 to compete with the Fury. Now, they should make the Nova $800 to compete w/Extreme!!!!
