Everythings together, not working, HELP!!!

I have my Corona all together now. When I plug the battary to the speed controller the motor just gives off a quick buzzing noise, and the servos just twitch. The servos twitch so, that when I give any stick input from my transmitter I don't know if there moving from the sticks or still just twitching. Even when I give throttle input the motor won't turn. Someone please help me.

So you have no servo control at all??? Or is it just no throttle control. I had a problem with my Flash 4 radio and the throttle. For some reason it would not respond to throttle input and the speed control wouldn't arm. In the instructions it says to plug in the battery and you hear 1 beep then move the throttle to half stick, again 1 beep then to no throttle and 2 beeps, Now the esc is armed. My problem was that the radio being a computer radio and the epa's all at 100 the esc never saw zero throttle. After about a 1/2 hour of trying to figure this out I finally realized that the epa's on the radio had to be maxxed out on the throttle servo.

I finally got my bag that was missing from the kit yesterday and guess what.....the flybar screws and the mixing arms were missing! This is my fourth Lite Machines kit and the first one with parts missing. I think quality control is a problem all of the sudden!

Help

The servos just have this uncontrollable twitch that won't quit. I just read the operator's manual which said exactly what you said about the beeps. But, when I try to do what is says it won't work. I get the first beep at low stick, but at mid stick no beep at all. And those stupid servos just keep twitching. I have a Futaba 8U and Futaba 9Z WC II.

Try to isolate the problem.
Disconnect ch 3 (motor and esc).
Try to see if you can control the servos.
If you can't - Tx-Rx dob't talk.
Once you set that correct, hook up ch 3. again.
If you only here one beep the options are:
Ch. 3 is reveresed.
ATV of Ch. 3 is not enough for max. -> try to set the max to a higher value.

Tell us what are the results....

Receiver...

What kind of receiver do you have in the heli? Is it FM or PCM? Make sure your radio is transmitting in the proper mode. -Steve

Futaba's do throttle backwards You likely have to reverse your throttle channel to get the ESC to initialize, but try this carefully.

Cheers!

Hello

I think I know what the problem is.

Did you bay any chance sodder the red and black set of wires to the motor and plug the batter into the white and red set. If so you did not do it right and you need too plug in the battery into the red and black set of wires.

A friend has this same problem and it did the samething

Hope this helps.
