Hi,

I have Realflight Deluxe and have been considering upgrading to G2. I was wondering if it is worth it. I have heard that G2 uses a new physics engine but is it much better than the old deluxe ?

Upgrade

The Upgrade to G2 is definately worth it, but only if, your current hardware is able to support it's requirments.

Physics are better, but...

If you are still in the "beginner" stage or are a basic sport flyer, then the newer physics will not be apparent to you. If you do not need the extra G2 frills, then the upgrade, at least as it pertains to the physics, will not offer you much.

For sure, there are some nifty new features. Be forewarned -- the PC/video card requirements are different than RFD. More power, Scotty!
