| After alot of searching and no response at all from Hacker, I finally found the procedure for setting the Hacker 40-3p Opto in either governor or normal modes.
The Heli controllers do not have the "propellor brake" feaure, but toggle governor mode instead. Setting governor or normal modes is the same as setting the brake toggle.
The controller supposedly ships in mode 1 normal mode. You must select governor mode by using the brake toggle procedure outlined in the instructions.
