I have designed my own plane and have been looking for some where where I can get it made out of all Composite (Carbon Fiber, Fiber Glass, Foam.......)

Anyone know of any places, Private or Commercial, that i can give a call or email?

Thank you

I once had exactly the same question as you, but I was looking for composite motorcycle components. I couldnt locate anyone who could make what I wanted so I enrolled in the local night school and learnt how to do it myself.
Take a look at what is offered at tech schools/universities around you and see if anything is similar to what you want. You'll find that the tools and equipment available to you at a university will make your eyes bug out.
As I progressed through the course I was able to make my bike parts and submit them as major projects. As a result I have parts for my bike that people always ask about, and I can make and repair custom parts in all variety of composites. I was even able to make and sell a lot of parts. You'll find that it isnt difficult to make composite parts to the same standard as commercial ventures for a tiny fraction of their prices.

As it happens I've been thinking about making a composite version of Hobby Lobby's Pigi 3D electric plane. A straight wing and square section fuselage is very easy to duplicate in carbon. If I wasn't so busy with work and helis I would give it a try.
