| Yeah, I know what you're saying, I had a drifty CSM 360 that held well through rolling tailslides and such... but to my thinking, "drift" is an inability to hold a simple hover.
I remember my heli doing a drift-induced s-l-o-w pirouette in a hover, and that, to me, is the exacty opposite of a solid "lock" or "hold." If it doesn't hold in a hover, it will do corkscrewy crap upstairs - unless you dink with the trim, which IMO is completely unacceptable.
But as sluggo said, the 401/9253 is unbeatable when it comes to price and performance. It took me a while to get mine dialed in for perfect travelling pirouettes, but even when it wasn't working up to its full potential, it still beat just about everything else out there. |
