Pin in Head

Just building mine, the round pin is a slightly tight fit. Use something slightly smaller and gently tap into the head throuth the main shaft hole. The alen screw finishes pushing it into final position. No Problem!!

I had the same problem with the pin in the head. I wasn't sure if I had the shaft upside down but didn't want to take the Heli apart to check it so I just grinded the pin down with a dremel tool. I to grind it down quite a bit and it eventually fit.

You may take a drill bit that IS the same size as the hole in the head block a.d with the head on the machine rund the bit in JUST enought to go into the block were it stops at the small end. This will take care of the hole in the main shaft if it is off a little bit. DO NOT drill all the way threw!
