Many people have inquired, but received no response. I've heard nothing but complaints about the "company" when people have tried to deal with them. Look on here for pics or videos from remote i products. You won't find them.

I agree with these guys,many people have inquired very little response

Lots of good information on runryder, a bit of advice if they cannot post
video or pictures with their system,I would not bother reading their information. Spend your time looking at the ones that do.

I have one

I have the remote I mount system. Lets face it, there is no rocket science in Camera mounts. They all basically do the same function. While im not happy with my dealings with Remote I, the mount will function same as any observer set up or others. Problem is I had to pay $1500 for it and could have gotten a cheaper one that does the same thing. The only thing going for this mount is that it can carry heavier, larger cameras and that is why i bought it. On the other hand, Im selling it and my Intrepid gasser because I just dont have to the time to mess with my zoom, sceadu, eolo pro, and camera ship.

Hello Miataguy,

That must be my stuff i ordered and payed for more than 11 months ago. The only thing i get from Rhandal are emails where he constantly is telling me that i will receive everything i ordered. I am waiting more then 11 months now.

Beware of remote-i, i am starting to believe its a scam.

Maybe Rhandal is willing to give a reaction because if you send him a regular email and ask him a question you wont get a responce. And if he replyes its always the same reaction, excuuses and more excuuses.

So Miataguy, if you are a friend of Rhandal or live near him, please tell him that he still needs to send me my stuff.

Like i said, BEWARE.

I have a solution

Lets all get our pitchforks, torches, and clubs. I think he's hiding in Santa Barbara.

Its almost funny to me now. I keep reading all the emails I have from Rhandal with no delivery on his promises. Why waste time emailing people back and telling them you are sending them stuff if your not gonna do it?? If I was a con artist I wouldn't even bother replying to emails or even trying to explain myself. Thats whats funnny to me. I just dont get it.

He doesn't always reply to emails!, I placed my order with Rhandel at the beginning of April and passed him $6000 he repeatedly gave me delivery dates which he never met.

So after waiting months for something that should have been delivered in 6 weeks I tried to cancel my order, but when trying to communicate this to Rhandel I was totally ignorned and when he did respond with an email it would totally ignore the fact the I was requesting he cancel the order and saying that my order would not be too much longer. A futher 2 months later he finally agree to refund me, that was 2 months ago and still nothing.

This has gone on for nearly 8 months now, he should not be allowed to continue to do this. I also think the people who have been scammed by Rhandel should jointly try and do something about him and Remotei.

Hello,
Our story is the same ( except the amount).
Our lawyer workeing on the issue ,and Rhandal will hear from him shortly.
Meanwhile the best thing to do is keeping the issue in public , and
prevent him to to rob other customers.
