Hey people,

Long time ago I came across a website of a hobbyshop. (Of course, its long time ago and I dont have a link to the site anymore) This shop offers a crankcase prep service, the service applies to OS and YS engines.

Take a look at the engine, manufacturer usually machine the bottom of the flange so the engine will sit square on engine mount. However, the top is usually left untouched, the screws now will unevenly fastened. The service this hobby shop offers is to mill out the top flange a bit, so the mounting area is now completely squared up.

Have anyone came across the same site before ? have anybody think of this also ? I am thinking of setting up a mount for this job as well. Still brain storming, anyone wanna help ?

Joe
