these are new in package,never opened.(the ones in the pix are my set)they come with the jumper connectors and paperwork.they have a fantastic gloss clear coat over a beautifull basket weave of carbon fiber. they normally sell for $149 plus shipping... mine= $85 shipped, that is a VERY good price. . will ship anywhere,but they may cost more outside the CONT. U.S.----postal money order or paypal with 3% added,thanks,--- NOTE...4.3M HOLES AND 12MM ROOT and come with several blade root washers for wider grip opening. batteries are internal. only $15 for the charger.,charges off of your 12v source,both blades at once.last i checked my set,these are at FULL brightness for a good 30 min. STRAIGHT RUN TIME,and dim gradually after that.

this is the MS brand charger..it i has alligator clips to charge both blades at once from a 12v battery.heliproz price is only $15
