these are DEFINATELY BRAND NEW. what are you looking at in particular? the one has wire loom on it,(VERY nice wire loom with end cuffs, i may ad)but was never mounted. so i guess that you can say that one is BETTER THAN NEW. P.S thanks wingmanrc39 for getting my back.
also, i have a third gy 401,also unflown, that i could substitute for the one with the free wire loom...like many of us...i have more helis. than sense...we are all addicts... insane,but it is fun.
