Why can't a "in the group, in good standing" entrepanuer make up one ofthese conversions and sell it here?

What is the big deal?

We all know of the guy who changes his name to post on these style threads. His Reputation is shot. No one will buy from him, at least those that have heard of him here, won't. Unless you are willing to gamble your money.

So, what is the big deal? Can someone else produce these parts, pay Mark for the advertising space, and make enough to have black ink at the bottom of the paper???

This would be immensely popular, no???

Of course, if Paul would pony up some advertisement money, get an AMerican Rep with a bona-fide American address, possibly a member in good standing, full disclosure....maybe , just maybe....could he be forgiven??

What WOULD it take to get this on the Up & Up, in good standing? MAybe nothing, as his reputation is of a gadfly. It is a shame, really.

I want one of these (as ,I am sure many of you do, judging by the view count of previous threads of this nature), badly. But , I am not going to gamble , I prefer to deal with someone who is not hiding or playing name games....

There has to be a solution to this. Either Paul must redeem himself, and get an American brick and mortar distributor/Rep, or someone else must produce this. I prefer the latter, but would consider the former , with the right conditions.

So how many of you would buy a conversion kit from a verified source?

Paul, don't respond here, get your act together the American way, and contact Mark if you go legit.

The problem with Paul is he has been pulling scam's for years. Trying to steal the Stator Gator and the T600 gas conversion were just the latest in a series of scams. The 600 conversion was an idea he hatched while reading about the good work others are doing and he (rightly) surmised a market opportunity. Unfortunately for the rest of is he is a liar, cheat and a thief.

thanks for the answer copperclad, i would love to see some more info on your stuff if you do repost your findings. I for one would love to do a gasser conversion to my 600n to. You have some great skill's man. Please keep us updated.

copperclads 600G is a winner

I do hope copperclad decides to produce a 600G kit after he’s had time to evaluate it properly, I have one now that I built using all Danas design and drive train and after reciving loads of help from him it’s proving to be a very nice heli so far and as I pointed out to Dana today even if it doesn’t turn out to be suited for 3D it’s going to be a great fun flying machine and would suit the scale guys down to the ground, it’ so stable I was doing ultra slow pirouettes today and you would have thought it was on a pole the way it stayed in the same spot.

I do hope you decide to produce a 600G kit Dana because in my eyes it’s an all out winner and so are you.

Sorry boys - is Mark who created the story about Paul Mecha here.
But:
1. The person named Paul Mecha don't even exist. Good news after while no?? :-D
2. The R60 conversion was work done by team of people not only me. After Mark was atacked by competitors who pays him add, he was forced to close the R60 gasser thread.
3. When I complained Mark said: Sorry no defence possible. I maded END. Do not contact me again.. In other word XXXX OFF small boy...
4. Mark behave like behave - the result is group with groving number of memebrs heading against to Mark.

5. Some body has to teach Mark who is his boss in bussiness. All bussinesmas knows is the client..
6. My Personnall decisison is - better then to pay some money person like MR, is to spent bit money to good anonymizer with own cookie service and spam the server by adds. I found Mark like person with very week amount of administration skills. So is so easy to came here for anybody and do what he wants..
7. The T600gasser conversion was done almost same time like the R60/90 - looooong time before other people come up with other solutions. I'm not posting to market anything what is not tested properly at least 100 hours. In that case I was waiting few months if somebody will shouw up with the T 27 pinion. Nobody was, I made them. They on market now.

Fixit,as stated above, there was not competition here
copperclads 600G is perfect solution - I say is new heli. No too much left of originall T600. My 600G conversion is just conversion of R60/90conversion) Copperclad nicelly redo the heli in order to be strong and durable machine. My goal keeps same - to use as much stock parts as possible.. You need to get engine and 5 piecess to convert T600N to T600G. I have seen your list - there was more than 20 parts. Can we still call it just conversion? I don't thing CL will start to make it and sell it. At the end will be hudge price there and no profit for CL...

You mixing appless and oranges - here is advertising server not server with auction or shop. So far not all people came to RR or other discusion server check if product what they want to buy is OK and the seller is good. Forget it - I'm in this bussiness long enough to know how it works.. I think this is getting out of proportion, is said the 600G was a winner, I didn’t say it was a cheep winner or a kit that uses all standard Align parts, I just said it was a winner and it will be given the chance.
I also remember saying the same thing about a certain 90 gasser kit but I didn’t receive all this back biting then it sounds to me like someone has a few chips on there shoulder and a hatchet to grind and I find that a bit unfair sorry.

Bring out your products the way you want and let other people do the same.

Fixit, Copperclad, your conversion has proven it's merits. If it were to be produced, good luck to you. I don't think anyone would have a trust issue with you.

I would bet a dollar or two that Align is watching , along with some others , and commercially available conversions will be popping up. Unfortunately, to the independents, this could kill thier chances of making a killing.

An immediate/soon release would trump the big guys for a while.

Even though, I would still patronize the independents, as they may make/revise the conversion in more timely fashion.


Threats of shutting down the server (criminal activity in OUR Country) only re-inforce the fact that I would never buy from Aeromini/Gasser man,Zaptor,trexwedding.

Wanna hover??? Buy a helicopter.
