| Folks Like I have told the seller and others in previous discussions, I dont like flaming folks in the public arena unless all other options are satisfied. Unfortunatly I kept threatening to take this to the boards (to the seller) but kept putting it off because I was reluctant to do so, and I thought (and still hope) this kid comes through. The bad seller in question is heliman13 a young kid, though there was nothing negative that he posted and was on the GG list previously (alibiet only once....now he is on there twice  )
Previously I stated that I had been waiting 3 months to get this resolved, seeing as this is an open forum and I have nothing to hide I will admit that I screwed up and it has only been two months that I have been trying to get this resolved (I checked the PM dates)

this is the first thread that I started to put some pressure on him in the public (I did enter facts into the GG list to put a bit of pressure on as well but we all know you only check that if your buying something from the bloke, I was trying to keep it as low key as possible; again, in hopes that he would resolve the issue, I also put a entry or two into one of heliman13 threads to put a bit more pressure on him seen here two days ago http://www.runryder.com/helicopter/t282382p1/ )
As stated in that thread I have kept all coorespondence and will post it if need be, but seeing as that is quite alot of work I will explain it the best I can.
Me and heliman13 entered into an agreement for one raptor 30V2 that had been converted to a 50V2 as well as a decent assortment of spare parts (clutchbell, clutch, baseplate, 2 frame sets, extra canopy and a stack of blades a muffler, some grips and some misc stuff), he was quick to answer PMs to sell but suddenly became slow to answer PMs once the money changed hands, I was told it would be mailed in three days upon reciept of the money, it actually took 7 days and a whole bunch of "I'll ship it tomorrows" to get it in the mail, I was told that he would throw in a little something extra for the extra time it took....he included a "tail servo" (Not sure which one cause the heli is still sitting in the box it was shipped to me in) But bottom line it was a nothing special servo with soldered up leads....When I got the heli I opened the box and my heart sank....staring at me was a complete V1 tail assembly, when I pulled the main heli airframe out it also had a complete V1 collective assembly alibiet it had a V2 head.....but this is a converted V2 NOT a original V2 as it was sold as. To add to that all of the spare parts as well as BOTH canopies and the canopy mounts are missing in action....not there, I contacted the seller and told him of this (yes I was upset) I asked for two options, the first a full refund and I would ship him the heli back, the second, he sends all of the spares/canopies and $100 to finish converting the heli into a V2 (I did add the parts up and they exceded $125) He balked at this, said he would have to check with his dad and then told me, "even without the extras you gotta good deal" To me thats not the issue, an agreement was made and thats what we stick too, he then agreed that he would refund my money and I would ship the heli back which he then changed his mind and said that he would send the parts and Being the nice guy I am told him that $80 for parts would suffice; he agreed.....unfortunatly that has not happened either. when asked again where my parts were (he took it upon himself to allegedly order all of the needed parts from his LHS as opposed to saving himself $....Right) he stated that it was a waste of money to send the spares first and then the parts to finish converting the heli into a V2. My response was "I dont care what kind of waste of money it is, I'm stuck with a heli that has no canopies nor canopy mounts and cant/wouldnt fly it because I'm missing these things as well as a V2 tail. (once I posted in his thread seen above he PM'd me stating he wanted his tail servo back cause that was not part of the original deal and "if I wanted to play dirty then he could too" in which I instructed him that he was not getting squat from me until the parts that were part of the deal and the money or the parts to fix the heli were in my posession...I have no problem sending his junky servo back...after I get my stuff)
Bottom line, we are now on month two, no parts, no $ to fix his misrepresentation of his heli and I am quite upset. this is my first raw deal on here but was prompted to go ahead with this post after reading WOS's problems as well....seems to be too much theivery round these parts right now and I'm sick of it.
In closing, yes I did pay with a credit card but hope that I will not have to charge back the heli....that is the ultimate last resort, I have also contacted a JAG officer (personal friend) that is drafting up a formal letter naming fraud, mail fraud as well as anything else that fits in this case, yes the seller is only 14 but that is not my concern....his parents will be responsible for his screw up. Yes I do hope that this seller will satisfy the requirements of this deal and we all walk away amlicably in which case I will state that is the case and he will have redeemed himself in my eyes....till then, here's a nice little read for all you all, sorry so long but I wanted to be as complete as possible.
Yes I'm sure that I forgot a few details of the discussions between us....besides the occasional swear word on my part over the last few days there is nothing that would make me look bad in this transaction, everything that was ommitted would only add to the bad situation on the sellers side. I've done many a deal on this board and have always lived up to my end of the bargain, and in one rare case long long ago I sold a GV-1 with a bad sensor, I stood behind my gear and sent him a new sensor (the way it should be)
and again, If I need to post a coronological order of all the coorespondence, I will.
