Issues? What issues are there? That is one percent too much. They can not work quickly enough and they ignore most requests for any resolution to any orders that have been placed. Most of the clients who have paid him a lot money can not knock on his door and pay him a visit since they are not in the U.S. This is just good P.R. to save face on his part. He hasn't called any of the customers that I am regularly in contact with as late as last evening. Why isn't he here answering questions? Why has it taken him so long to even try and contact anyone? It isn't as though this has just started to happen either. He has been doing this for more than a year. I don't think Rhandal can keep up in the business. Either ship the merchandise or issue prompt refunds to his customers abroad. This is just plain old BS.

Hey Rhandal,

Why the F**** don't you answer my emails. Its been almost two years , yes TWO YEARS ago that i ordered several items from you and payed for them. You didn't send me SH**.

Their will be a moment in time that you wont know what happend to you, i am not going to forget that i payed almost 10K US and didn't receive anything, only a lot of crap comming from you.

But what do you care, the Netherlands is a fare away.

People be worned about this person and his company, his only intention is to rip you of your money.

So people put remote-i on your blacklist, they suck.

I will be very happy to answer all your questions about dealing with Rhandal over the last two years.

More then ones, i even spoke to his partner. No results. The company is a scam.
He used other peoples money to start his "business" and now he thinks he's over the hill and can forget about all the people he has stolen money from. But as long as their is the internet and forums like this peolpe will remind him and tell other possible buyers what kind of a crimminal Rhandall is.

We should realy set up a black lis so other poeple won't make the same mistake that i and others did.

I have been following this Rhandal saga for more than 12months like a lot of others, it seems that most of us who have had problems with Rhandal Sayat live in other countries and cannot get to him for our refunds. Although I'm positive he has no money anyway....

There is some serious bullsh!t flying at Remote-i. You can not believe anything that they tell you. Nothing at all. Is there a BLACK LIST in Europe and Asia? Can you guys do something else over there so that no one gets taken by this scammer? Rhandal hasn't been on-line here since the 3rd of December. I take it that his statement is full of crap as well.

Guys:

I would like to share my experience, I bought the remote-i and it did not work with a PCM receiver, I contacted Rhandal via email and he shipped a new device that works. I know in some cases things do not work out the way we expected, but I can only talk about my personal experience.
